Processed Fruit Preservation

The college conducts need-based short-term courses in processed Fruit Preservation in the form of Jam, Jelly etc. The Department of horticulture conducts a course in "Fruit & Vegetable Processing & Preservation". Theoretical and practical teaining in making products like various fruit jams, orange, Wood Apple and Guava Jelly, Orange Marmalande, various types of Squash, Syrups, Ketchups and Pickles is given. Such courses are open to all students and even outsiders. Announcements of such courses are made though advertisements, posters, and notices displayed on our notice-boards.
